66 Splitscreen

OG paint 1966 13 windows Deluxe Splitscreen.


bought from Dave Hall, previously of fellows speed where all the major work was carried out.
The bus was imported from Texas by him before undergoing it's underside resto.
New cab and cargo floors, straight axled, shaved cradle and refurbished 1600tp engine. 
Any old underseal was removed and all freshly painted. 
It's been lowered on a 5.5" narrowed shock less beam with dropped spindles up front and adjustable spring plates at the rear.

It sports genuine 15x5.5 OG Sprints which have been chrome powdered and detailed, they look amazing against the OG paint. 

Having sat in the Texas heat for most of it's 50 year life it wears the best original paint you could hope to find and turns heads everywhere.

front safari windows and comes with the original front glass.
There are 6 popouts on the side.

The interior is still in progress, every surface in the back has been covered with silent coat sound deadening, not an inch has been missed, other than the roof which has been insulated.
12mm marine ply then vinyl chequered flooring and a brand new, never used full width rusty lee rock n roll bed in the back.
ply panels for the cards and doors which look great.
In the cab it's more of the same, there is no cushioning for the front seats, just covered by a cool Mexican blanket. 

This is probably one of the raddest busses you'll ever come across, totally solid underneath and paint to die for but still has just enough room for you to do your thing inside.
