85 Golf GTI

Very very very nice original example of an early Mk2 Golf GTI in Diamond Silver.

74k recently seviced just flown through another MOT since originally put back on the road in 2012 Absolutely mint interior what looks like original paint (prior to the pictures been taken in a body shop (Martin who owns the vehicle and the paint shop chose not to paint over its originality to try and preserve it) but has seriously gone to town on making the best of what it has so there are some blemishes and marks but obviously from the pictures nothing un-towards the inside of the bootlid been the worst (pics upon request for serious buyers)

Original 7 slat single slat grill sourced but original twin lamp GTI Version also included at the right price as is the original Blaupunkt cassette player fitted with a set of height adjustable coilovers as the originals were tired and to be fair drives sits and looks a million times better a stainless steel exhaust system with an old supersprint schrick esque style tailpipe brand new 15" steels with oe flat caps new 195 45 15" tyres a set of 15mm rear wheel spacers and 1.5 degree rear camber shims. Other than that exactly as it rolled off the line in 1985 easily put back to stock if needs be just get in touch.

A true Barn find that had previously been family owned for 15 years, Pulled out of Storage thoroughly gone over slightly improved upon de contaminated and MOT'd.

Definately not something you see everyday the price is not set in stone and only for sale due to needing an Estate car so a deal can be done on an E46 Touring if you have one.
